Glasses Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is for every patient to be satisfied with their eyewear. If you experience an issue with your glasses, we ask that you allow us the opportunity to evaluate and correct the problem before requesting a return.

Because prescription eyewear is custom-made, returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Once lenses are ordered and manufactured, our office incurs costs that are not fully refundable.

​​​​​​​Refunds and returns are reviewed and subject for approval. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns through adjustments, remakes, or other appropriate solutions.
